The technician did an outstanding job diagnosing the original problem and resolved that. The problem came when I asked the service manager to look into another issue I was having. Again the tech did a great job diagnosing but when the front desk quoted me for the repair I felt it was high. I checked around at other certified shops. They are several hundred dollars cheaper, I asked for a discount at Diamond I was told that is discounted. This is the 3rd time your pricing structure was much higher than other shops. Very disappointing
