My Salesman did a good job explaining how things work in the vehicle. I was disappointed that I couldn't get the colors I wanted in the cab and the exterior. When I was first in The dealership and we looked up where we could dealer trade I think they should have called immediately while I was there when we could see the vehicle on the screen. They waited and other dealer sold the possible dealer trade.

I was in for my first “free” servicing on my new vehicle. But also to do a follow up on a “slight” 😉damage on a scrape on the passenger side from target parking area. I was checking to see when the new service was going to be available for auto repair. While the gentleman that I was dealing with said they would take a quick look and see if they could “buff’ it out. Yippee they could do it and at great deal lesser price!!! The job was fantastic and I cannot even tell there was any scrape. I am very pleased. Also he was very pleasant. Great job 👏

It was probably the most pleasant experience I have had with taking my pickup in for a service. The young man at the service desk was pleasant and friendly. They serviced my pickup and didn’t give me a runaround. When the service was complete he went over everything that was done and explained the checklist so I understood the current status of my vehicles maintenance. As a matter of fact, after my service was complete my wife and I went back to the dealership and purchased a brand new Buick.

After rotating tires, sensors did not get re-learned. Front left tire lost air over night, sensor said it was left rear. Needed to drive to dealership for them to re-teach the sensor for each tire. Also had oil change and the typical inspection was completed. Everything was checked ok, this was on a Wednesday 5/28. On Saturday the 31st, I opened the hood and noticed that the shroud that covers the radiator and other coolers was missing. Called dealership and they found it in the shop. Drive back to dealership again and re-installed myself. Previous oil change a couple months ago done at same dealership, that time I found the shroud that covers radiator and other coolers laying on top of the engine on the back side of the engine. not happy

I set up appointment online for service, when I arrived, the appointment did not show up in your system, I showed my text confirmation, the service guy said that happened a couple of times that day, but they got me in on time, and oil change and tire rotation done in 23 minutes, which was outstanding.

I was told that my faulty right turn signal/taillight was repaired. I paid the bill, drove down the road, first attempt to use the right turn signal resulted in discovering that the right turn signal did not work. Error message in message center about a right turn signal problem and a fast blinking indicator. (same as original problem) Drove back to the Service Desk to report that the problem was not resolved. Was booked for another appointment a week later. Did the service tech actually test the fix before declaring the problem solved??? I have paid for an hour of labor and still have the problem.

I explained to the service advisor when I called for the appointment to have the oil changed and tire pressure monitor replaced that we had just purchased the vehicle from a private party. While the car was in for requested service they did the multi point inspection and inspected everything and gave us a print out. Needless to say the car had been well maintained by the original owner and that was communicated to us. The service advisor mentioned to my wife when they were finished that the important thing with the particular engine in the Equinox was to never go over 3,000 miles on an oil change. So, oil changes are cheap preventive maintenance and we will be doing an oil change every 2.000 miles. Once again, Diamond exceeded our expectations and made our experience pleasant.

The dealership, as well as the manufacturer, will take no responsibility for an intermittant noise that has persisted since long before the warranty period expired. This issue had been mentioned to the service staff who, on several occasions, had a technician check on the cause of the noise while they serviced the vehicle. It has now been determined that the noise is caused by a broken exhaust protector for which I have been informed that all associated repair costs are my responsibility.

My wait time was minimal. In addition, I appreciated being shown how clogged my filter was and asked if they could change it. My understanding when I bought the vehicle that fluids(including DEF) would be topped off with an oil change. The last two oil changes and no DEF topped off.

Danial, Sorry for the confusion with the DEF fluid. With your first complimentary service from GM includes the oil change, a rotate and DEF fluid top off. However any customer pay oil change or service does NOT include DEF fluid with the price. We do normally ask the customer if the want the DEF fluid topped off for the additional cost, but some customers prefer to use their own and opt to not have DEF fluid added. As you know the cost of DEF fluid is not cheap and would not make sense to include with the price of the oil change, otherwise we would have to raise our diesel oil change prices, we try to keep our prices low and give our customers options. I am always pleased with the quality of work and the excellent service that I receive at Diamond Buick. The only reason that I rated this trip a 4 is that I had my car serviced because the tire monitor system indicated low tire pressure. When I checked, only my right front tire was low, so that is the one that was fixed. However, when I checked the monitor this morning, the tire pressure on my back, left tire was at 29, while the one that was fixed was at 34. The other 2 tires were at 31 and 33. Usually, the service department adjusts the pressure on all 4 tires. (Tire pressure was at 33 on all 4 tires when I purchased the car in October.) I will continue to recommend Diamond Buick to my friends without hesitation.

I had new tires put on my Buick Envision. Extra care was taken to make sure they adhered to the rim since some corrosion had developed and needed to be removed. This process took extra time. I was compensated monetarily for waiting an extra hour. It is a relief to know that my new tires will not lose air like my old ones due to corrosion around the rim area.
