Diamond Buick GMC in Alexandria Minnesota took an unfortunate experience and turned it into a good experience. Unfortunately, shortly after I purchased a used vehicle, the transmission started giving me issues and through working with the general manager the service manager, we were able to come to a solution that benefited all parties. Was very happy with my experience here, there was a slight scratch in the cargo area of a brand new vehicle and they replaced it with zero hesitation. No one was pushy, I didn’t feel pressured or contacted multiple times by anyone which I prefer… I don’t like going to a dealership and getting called multiple times in a week about the vehicle, I prefer space and time and they gave me just that.

Responded quickly to my questions/concerns I had about anything in the process of purchasing our new vehicle. There was a lack of communication between the sales representative I worked with and the finance employee on the deposit we put down to hold our vehicle.

They did the oil change quickly and based on tread wear told me the tire rotation was not required. They did not charge me for unnecessary maintenance. The cookies were great.

The service department was very helpful. I am from out of town and had brake issues. Even though they have no available appointments they were able to get my vehicle in and determine what was wrong with it. Once the problem was found they were nice enough to squeeze the vehicle into fix the issue. Would highly recommend them.

We purchased a new Yukon XL a few months ago. Just had our first service experience and everything went extremely well. The service advisor was great and extremely helpful on some items on the cars electronics package which were not clear from the initial meetings.

Great service. Schedule online. Drop it off and wait or get a ride to where you need to be or they will pick it up and bring it back to you if you can’t get there. If they find something they call you. If you don’t need a service that you’ve scheduled, they call you and talk things through, to let you know why it isn’t needed at this time. Had my check engine light come on while we were up here for vacation 3.5 hours from home. Called first thing Monday morning and they got us in right away! Very friendly, professional and sent a great walk around inspection video of my vehicle. Had us all fixed up and ready same day! Highly recommend!

For this visit, they stayed in touch throughout the "diagnosis" so I knew what was happening with my vehicle. The main purpose for the visit was taken care of and resolved - they looked at a secondary "dash warning" - all is good for now.

I purchased a brand new car and 2 months later I started having problems. It wouldn’t start and the battery kept on dying. The dealership couldn’t even get their service department out to retrieve the car. I drove the car for 2 months and now it’s been sitting for 3 weeks. When call all I get from the staff is “I understand how frustrating that it’s”. That doesn’t help my situation any. No one would tell me how they help.

After an accident with our car, we decided the purchase another car from Diamond. Our situation was unique because of insurance issues. Ashley, our salesperson; Levi in Collision---Corey the business manager --they all worked together to contract with us for a "new" used car. We really appreciated their hard work and professionalism!
