I was treated very honest and courteous but our wait time to help us was too long. Just the whole process of buying a vehicle is too cumbersome and time consuming.
Working with Tim Pederson was comfortable and we appreciated his knowledge on cars in general. The selling process was low key and not once did we feel pressured. My only let down was the price they offered on my trade in. Other than that we walked out with our "new to us car" as happy customers.
Every body we dealt with was friendly and helpful . Ashley was a pleasure to work with!

I would strongly recommend avoiding Diamond Buick in Alexandria. This was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had.
Throughout the process, I dealt with rude behavior, high pressure sales tactics, promises that were made and then not honored, and statements that turned out not to be true. Instead of feeling like they were trying to earn my business, I felt pressured and misled.
I eventually spoke directly with the owner because I thought that would resolve the situation. Unfortunately, that only made the experience worse. I was given additional assurances that also turned out not to be true.

Service was very slow due to staffing issues, oil change took 1 1/2 hrs not pleased

Received 26 Yukon AT4 Ultimate. during delivery half of the center display screen didn't work. Called service and they walked me through steps to reset it. It did not work. Then called sales manager and they said to bring it in to a local dealership. I expressed my displeasure with that and the sales manager said well you got a good deal so its on you. Disappointed. What happened to getting a "free" hat or sweatshirt after buying a car? As I was driving home right after buying it, inside windows streaky and marked up. Back seat fold out arm rest not stitched and needs to be fixed. No follow up call to see how things are going. People are very nice and appreciate them all, but it wasn't a hometown, personal vibe like a person SHOULD get when buying a car. I'd only recommend this dealership if I lived in the Alexandria area.
Both service and Sales were accommodating when my car had a tire issue and I needed to get to the cities for my daughters wedding! They eased a stressful situation for me and I am grateful!

The appointment was easy to make online. They even got our vehicle in a little earlier than scheduled and completed the service quickly. The service performed was covered with me very thoroughly and completely. I also received a video of the service inspection and a code for a free car wash. The price of the service was very good and the waiting area is comfortable, with seating, TV, cookies and coffee. I highly recommend Diamond Buick GMC for both sales and service!

Unfortunately, shortly after I purchased a used vehicle, the transmission started giving me issues and through working with the general manager the service manager, we were able to come to a solution that benefited all parties. Was very happy with my experience here, there was a slight scratch in the cargo area of a brand new vehicle and they replaced it with zero hesitation. No one was pushy, I didn’t feel pressured or contacted multiple times by anyone which I prefer… I don’t like going to a dealership and getting called multiple times in a week about the vehicle, I prefer space and time and they gave me just that.

Responded quickly to my questions/concerns I had about anything in the process of purchasing our new vehicle. There was a lack of communication between the sales representative I worked with and the finance employee on the deposit we put down to hold our vehicle.

They did the oil change quickly and based on tread wear told me the tire rotation was not required. They did not charge me for unnecessary maintenance. The cookies were great.

The service department was very helpful. I am from out of town and had brake issues. Even though they have no available appointments they were able to get my vehicle in and determine what was wrong with it. Once the problem was found they were nice enough to squeeze the vehicle into fix the issue. Would highly recommend them.
