What We Support

We consider requests for:

We typically provide sponsorships in the form of monetary donations, vehicle loans for events, gift certificates, or promotional support. Every request is reviewed based on alignment with our values, community impact, and available budget.

How to Submit a Sponsorship or Donation Request

Please submit your request at least 45–60 days before your event or program date to allow time for review.

Required Information:

• Organization name and IRS non-profit status (if applicable)
• Contact person name, phone, and email
• Event or program date(s) and location
• Detailed description of the event/program and its purpose
• Expected attendance or number of people impacted
• Sponsorship amount requested and what it will fund
• Sponsorship levels/packages (if available) and benefits for sponsors
• How Diamond Buick GMC Of Alexandria will be recognized (logo placement, social mentions, etc.)
